6. Event & Bartending Bookings (If Applicable)

  • Remaining balances are due as specified in your invoice or agreement.

  • You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and age restrictions for alcohol service.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears underage or overly intoxicated, in accordance with responsible service practices.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including logos, designs, graphics, text, images, and creative concepts—is owned or licensed by The Kreative Pour and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
