Shipping Policy

Here’s how we handle getting your gear from The Kreative Pour to your doorstep.
1. Processing Time

Most orders are processed and sent to production within [2–5 business days] (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During busy seasons, launches, or sales, processing time may be a bit longer.
You’ll receive:

An order confirmation email after purchase

A shipping confirmation email with tracking (when available) once your order leaves our partner facility
2. Estimated Delivery Times
After processing, typical delivery windows are:

U.S. Domestic: about [3–7 business days]

International: about [7–21 business days], depending on destination and customs
These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, customs, and other issues may affect delivery times.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Selected shipping method
Sometimes we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions—those will show up at checkout if applicable.
4. International Orders, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the U.S.:

Your package may be subject to duties, taxes, and import fees set by your country’s customs office.

These are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand potential charges before ordering.
5. Addresses & Delivery Issues
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, we may ask you to cover the cost to reship it.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find the package, check with neighbors, household members, and your local post office or carrier first. While we’ll help where we can, we can’t always replace or refund orders that carriers have marked as delivered.
6. Tracking Your Order
When available, tracking info will be sent via email once your order ships.

It may take 24–48 hours for tracking to update after the label is created.
7. Split Shipments
If you ordered multiple items, they may ship separately from different facilities or at different times. Each shipment may have its own tracking number.
