Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to feel good about what shows up at your door. This policy explains when refunds, returns, or exchanges may be available for orders placed on thekreativepour.com.
1. Physical Products (Apparel, Accessories, Glassware, etc.)
a. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If something arrives:

Different from what you ordered

Clear photos of the item and packaging

A short description of the issue

Once we review, we may:

Replace the item

Offer store credit

Provide a refund to your original payment method
b. Size Issues & Change of Mind
Most items are made to order, so we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Wrong size chosen

Change of mind
-
Not liking the fit or color
We’ll always try to be fair—contact us and we’ll see what’s possible (sometimes that’s a discount for a future order rather than a return).
c. Condition of Approved Returns
If we approve a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags on, if applicable).

Unless the issue is our fault, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
2. Digital Products (If Applicable)
For digital items (e.g., downloadable files, digital art):

All sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

If you can’t access your download due to a technical issue, contact us and we’ll help resolve it.
3. Bartending & Event Services (If Applicable)
a. Deposits
Deposits paid to reserve an event date are generally non-refundable, because that date is held for you and we may turn away other bookings.
b. Cancellations & Reschedules
Specific terms will be included in your invoice or agreement, but generally:

Cancellations made [14 days or more] before the event may allow your deposit to be applied to a future date (subject to availability).

Cancellations made within [5 days] of the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit and possible additional fees for costs already incurred.
4. Refund Timing
Once a refund is approved and processed:

It will be issued to your original payment method when possible.

Banks and card issuers may take 5–10 business days (or more) to show the credit on your account.
